Usage

稱取本品46.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，微溫溶解，分裝，115℃滅菌30分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50℃左右，傾注平皿，備用。。

Weigh 46.0g of this product and dissolve it in 1L of distilled water or deionized water with gentle heating. Aliquot and sterilize at 115℃ for 30 minutes. After sterilization, shake well to prevent agar from settling at the bottom of the container and solidifying. Allow to cool to about 50℃, then pour into petri dishes for use.
